It also is an honoring of: the Sun, the Moon and the Earth; Maiden, Mother Crone, Youth, Father, and Elder, Holy Trinity, Supernal Consciousness, Subconsciousness, and Cognitive Consciousness (to name a few qualities). Spring Equinox is the celebration of the last vestiges of dark, for the Light of the Sun will reign, and the shadows of dark and winter will wane.
